When faces and emotions are partially obscured, the image becomes all the more intriguing. What are they thinking about? How do they feel? What are they hiding?
And somehow, the subject appears to be in melancholy, even when they are equally likely to be the happiest they have ever been.
Or perhaps, they are just trying to keep a part of themselves private, out of reach to the many that are quick to assess, to watch, to judge. Perhaps.
Some haunting images that inspired this thought:

How would you answer the question: “I’ve always wanted to _________.”?
You might want to learn how to dance hiphop, or to travel to all seven continents, or even to photograph all the cats you’ve ever met in your lifetime (that’s definitely one of mine!).
What have you always wanted to do? Do let me know in your comments!
It’s the last week of the LISTERINE Bloggers Dare! It’s been a really, really awesome experience! From the start, I never focused on the competition bit, but instead I focused on what you guys would like to see, and I hope I’ve managed to do just that.
Thank you so much for all your support!
Please do continue to comment, vote and repost on Facebook any of the videos/photos from all the 6 weeks – the winner gets $5000 to help them achieve their dream, and I could really use the help! Every little bit counts! (:
(If you do repost any of my videos on Facebook, do let me know!)
Also, just curious, which of the 6 posts did you like the most?
Week 1: nabbycat dares you
Week 2: Good Friend Hunting
Week 3: Fat Cat and Dentist Cat
Week 4: The Sweet Truth
Week 5: Art Attack x nabbycat
Week 6: I’ve always wanted to _____
Lastly, for those that wonder whether the LISTERINE Total Care mouthwash is actually good:
Remember when I visited the dentist in Week 1 and got a gingivitis index of 75%? Well, after using LISTERINE Total Care for 6 weeks, I’m proud to say that my gingivitis has gone down to 30%! I’m usually a non-believer of these types of things but I can’t deny good hard evidence.
So yes, I do recommend using LISTERINE Total Care everyday. It has 6 active ingredients that help you achieve the 6 signs of oral health and using it for 30 secs every day is just one small step towards better oral health for you and your family!
Also, for those that have been following my journey since Week 1, do you mind helping out the Listerine people by filling out this short survey? It would be fabbydabby if you could!
Overwhelming October, please exit stage right.

Do you guys remember the show Art Attack?
For those too young to remember, the host Neil Buchanan would teach kids all these cool art projects they could do with just everyday household items. I used to love the show and would try to make some of the art myself, though I was no Picasso.
The beauty of Art Attack is he would always say “It doesn’t have to be perfect!” which resonated with me even as a kid. The fact that the objective was in the experimentation, in the trying and failing and just having fun, I think I never stopped believing in those things.
I thought that it’d be a great idea to revisit a childhood favourite with a project of my own, INVISIBLE LETTERS.

Psst: Our challenge this week was to make someone smile, and I hope my little tutorial managed to get you smiling! Thank you for all the positive comments about my videos and posts, I’ve been using the LISTERINE Bloggers Dare to take little steps towards a new, more creative direction for my blog and my life which I hope to be able to sustain – so all the support is greatly appreciated!
If you would like an INVISIBLE LETTER from me, just leave a comment with your email address and I’d be happy to make you one! (:

Remember the chai&biskut giveaway I did two weeks back? Well, here are some photos of the packages I put together. I’m a rather bad present wrapper so I’m actually proud of these babies, hehe.
